1.The truth of suffering (Dukkha) [old age, sickness, death]
2.The truth of the origin of suffering (Samudāya) [desire, greed, ignorance, hatred]
3.The truth of the cessation of suffering (Nirodha) [liberation from/cessation of worldly cravings] [death]
4.The truth of the path to the cessation of suffering (Magga) [following the Middle Way: the Eightfold Noble Path]
